Sharepoint search result web part search the content and document

1. Add the Search Box Web Part and Search Results Web Part
2. In the Search Results Web Part, click the Web Part Menu, and then Edit Web Part.
3. In the Web Part tool pane, click Change query. This will open a dialog box.
4. Add following code on Query Text box.
